OK folks place your bets, an interesting post has appeared over on the IW Community forums from our old friend Mr FourZeroTwo (Infinity Ward's Community Relations Manager) It would appear we might be getting an interesting update on something(?) next Saturday, April 28th. Could this be some news on Call of Duty 4? Could it be news of a whole new game coming to Xbox 360? Could it be news that we've all been suckered into thinking something interesting will be unveiled on April 28th? Start your speculation in the comments section please! The demo is now available for download weighing in at a hefty 1GB. Command & Conquer is a much vaunted RTS game set In 2047. Tiberium has blanketed the Earth which is now divided into zones based on the level of Tiberium infestation. Pristine Blue Zones represent 20% of the planet’s surface and are the last refuge of the civilized world. Partially habitable Yellow Zones make up 50% of the planet’s surface; most of the world’s population lives in these war-torn and ecologically ravaged areas. The remaining 30% of the planet is uninhabitable, a Tiberium wasteland swept by violent Ion Storms. Red Zones are like the surface of an Alien planet. The infamous Kane has returned to lead the Brotherhood of Nod in a massive global assault on the Global Defense Initiative and the few remaining Blue zones left on the planet. Only you can stop him. A bunch of fresh screenshots have arrived for inXile Entertainment's upcoming bank-job shooter HEI$T. It's 1969, enter Johnny Sutton, fresh out of jail and a descendant from a long line of big-time thieves, including his father who was gunned down during a job some years back. Playing as Johnny, and together with his Uncle Sal and reunited crew, players are set pull off dozens of heists that will inevitably make a name for him as the greatest bank robber of all time. In addition to knocking off banks, each with their own set security precautions, throughout the city, players will be highly motivated to pull off further jobs. Appearing this summer alongside the movie release will be EA's next installment in the Harry Potter series: Order of The Phoenix. Although just simplistic games of puzzles and magic they have still proved popular on all previous gaming formats. This summer the graphics will take a step up when the Xbox 360 version appears although personally I can't help thinking the Wii version will be the most entertaining to play as you cast devastating spells with ease via one wave of your Wii-mote 'wand' Take a look at the five fresh screenshots we've obtained and prepare to battle once more with the dark lord Voldemort! | | This item includes 1 comment |
