August 10, 2007 – Consumers in the UK will get access to IPTV on the Xbox 360 games console via BT Vision by the end of the year, according to gaming magazine 360-Gamer.
Only BT Vision subscribers will be able to get the IPTV service, and there are also reportedly plans to launch a bundle in shops which will include a full subscription to the service along with the console.
BT Vision at present offers a range of live and on-demand content, with subscription packages available from £6 per month. It is also possible to pay on a per-programme basis., with films offered from £1.99.
