With the recent confirmation from Activision that Infinity Ward are working on new DLC for the smash-hit COD4 (No surprises there) we also hear that the upcoming Xbox 360 patch is currently in certification and will be with us soon. No doubt everyone has their own hopes and preferences for any new map content but if some sources are to be beleived three of the first maps due soon will already be familiar to people who have completed the single player campaign. The following images have surfaced which are purported to be of the multiplayer loading screens in-game as the match begins.
The second (rumoured) map 'Dusk' appears to be from a little earlier in the level before you enter the TV station, sadly this appears like another very same-old 'brown' map much akin to the current in-game fare we are playing.
The third (rumoured) map 'Hill' will be familiar from the single player campaign as you play it both stealthily at night and then again in a mad dash up and then back down the hill to the helicopter LZ for your extraction. This one looks like it has most potential depending upon how much area the level includes offering high vantage points for avid snipers and good running and gunning for the more gung-ho players.
No word on the expected release of any DLC and as yet we can't say much more other than reiterate that these are so far just rumours, albeit enticing and convincing ones at that. Stay tuned for any further updates.

These maps are made from Call of Duty 4 Level editor on PC activision released a couple weeks ago......and they look gay ass anyway? why trick us and Activison might let us download "Community made maps" soon

Sometimes they add more and take some other stuff outta the level to make it look a lil different, but they are all part of the single player maps.

I'm not saying these aren't the maps, but I am saying that's where these pictures originated from. Infinity Ward said they wanted more maps in the game, but didn't have enough time to polish and perfect them before the game was released. They also said all of the maps they were doing were based off of Single Player maps - just like all current multiplayer maps are.

On top of that...Arent these just loading screens from the PC version (which can easily be accessed from a PC)? Thats what they said on the COD4 forum. (Havent played the PC version so I wouldnt know)
